Mark’s responsibilities include the management of our User Experience department and acting as a stakeholder in online strategy for client projects. He is involved in strategic planning through the execution of projects. Mark partakes in a review of completed projects analyzing real world results to develop a clear picture of how initiatives provide benefit to the client and end user.
From the beginnings of a hands-on Developer he understands the makeup and foundation of the web and how to build highly intuitive and information rich websites while keeping a focus on Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing efforts. Specializing in Information Architecture and User Interface Design he works with fortune 500 companies developing Internet and Intranet web applications. Clients have included Sony PlayStation, Fleming’s Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Morgan Stanley, Campbell Soup Company, and NBC Cable Networks.

User Experience (UX) is a science, that uses the scientific method to observe, measure, hypothesize, experiment and draw conclusions. User Experience is constantly researching ways to improve the status quo, always investigating user interaction and formulating new ideas and methods to combat waste.
